About the Board of Deacons
The Board of Deacons at St. Peter’s is responsible for all financial aspects of the church, including, but not limited to preparation of the annual budget, planning and execution of ways and means to support the budget and promoting within the congregation a profound sense of stewardship. Also, Deacons are responsible for overseeing all church expenditures and monitoring all investments of the church, including oversight of the Endowments Committee and ministry team teatm that assists them in achieving their goals.
The Deacons approve all requests to use the Annual Available Funds (“AAF”) made available by the Endowments Committee.
