“Music is the voice of all humanity, of whatever time or place. In his presence we are one.” - Heinrich Heine If ever there is a place where we can work to be one in the bond, it is through music at St. Peter’s. The music program is vital to our growth as we journey on into the future. “In all our music, we hear creation cry, Alleluia!” The Music Ministry of St. Peter’s is a program devoted to people of every age on a spiritual journey of becoming more human, and closer to God. It provides experiences that awaken the heart and soul, teaches, and nurtures the growth of children and adults. “Tell out, my soul, the greatness of the Lord.” - Luke 1:46 The musical opportunities at St. Peter’s are open to all ages with a variety of experiences available. Each one of the programs offers an opportunity to experience the love of Jesus Christ through music. Music speaks to our hearts, and minds in a way no other can. The Lord never asked of His people to possess great talent, but to use gifts given to glorify God with hymns, psalms and songs of praise.
